Paint Process


Durable shelving ideal for use in warehouses, offices and retail stores.
	Single rivet high density shelving uses single rivet beams on intermediate levels, and double rivet beams at the top and bottom for rigidity. Krost single rivet beam high density shelving is designed to provide for maximum vertical clearance between shelves. Access to stored items from all sides is possible because side and back cross braces are not necessary for stability. Krost Rivet Shelving is designed to provide an economical solution for the storage and display of retail, wholesale or industrial goods. Installation can be done without special tools in a minimal amount of time. All you need is a rubber mallet. Shelves can be adjusted every 37.5 mm which allows you to custom design the unit to fit your load size. Krost Rivet Shelving can be decked with either chipboard, plywood or steel decking.

Beam Profiles:
	Single Rivet Beams Primarily used as an intermediate shelf support when maximum vertical space between levels is needed.
	Double Rivet Angle Beams Used to establish unit stability and to provide shelf support on all four sides.
	Double Rivet Z Step Beams Provides increased load capacity in the longer lengths and protects decking edges.
		Angle uprights are 40mm x 40mm x1.6mm and are manufactured in the following standard lengths: 1600mm 1800mm 2000mm 2200mm 2400mm

Paint Process

All our products have a baked epoxy powder coated finish and pass through a 5-stage chemical cleaning process. Powder is applied to an average thickness of 55 microns as per SABS 1274-1979, type 2 method 141 prior to oven baking at 210 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. All paint specifications are independently verified to conform to SABS standards by Corrosion Advisory Technical Services.
